Fred Madrigal
Fred is the founder of sINNplify, a company committed to supporting leaders and teams in evolving toward more human and sustainable organizations, where collective talent drives outstanding results. With over 15 years of experience, He has worked across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, helping transform organizational cultures and fostering lasting, positive impact.
In addition to being an executive coach certified by INCAE Business School and an Agile Coach, he brings a strong foundation in leadership, facilitation, and project management. He hails from Costa Rica with his family and finds balance by learning electric guitar, practicing Aikido, and exploring Stoicism — pursuits that enrich both his personal perspective and professional approach.
