We are in ECS Offices in Arlington, VA 25-26 July. We have a block of rooms at a local hotel at a discounted price. If you decide to go into the Gaylord National Harbor (the Agile 2026 location) early and stay there, just realize it is a 30-45 minute drive from the ACC-WW location.

Basic Travel Information
Arrange your flights to and from either Dulles International Airport or Reagan National Airport. The venue is within a 4-5 block walk of Ballston Metro on the Orange/Silver libe. We will be running the Camp two full days, so plan flights after 6pm if at all possible or to leave the next day. Dulles is a United Airlines hub, so you may find it easier booking flights on United or a Star Alliance partner. There is also a significant number of Air Canada flights that go into and out of Reagan National.
It is possible to get to the Gaylord without needing a car, you could take the metro into Alexandria to the King Street/Old Town stop end then make your way to the waterfront (walk, bus, taxi, or Uber/Lyft) ad catch the Water Taxi to National Harbor. Not the easiest, but perhaps better than renting a car and probably cheaper than a taxi, Uber, or Lyft from the ACC-WW venue. (Of course there may be some locals that can help you get there as well.)
People traveling to the United States will need a valid passport and most likely a Visa as well (there are some exceptions to Visas). If you need anything from one of us to support your Visa application, let us know.
